Site-specific work for homes, gardens, offices and public spaces. Every commission starts with a conversation, and the same person who has that conversation sketches it, welds it, finishes it and delivers it.
Thirty minutes, in person, by phone or on video. The space, the idea, the budget.
Concept drawings, materials, a fixed price, a lead time and deposit terms, all in writing.
Made by hand in Newbury. Progress photos sent as it comes together.
Smaller pieces tracked and insured. Larger work delivered and installed in person.
Every commission is quoted individually. 50% deposit on approval, balance on completion. Payment by PayPal or bank transfer.
Work in progress, straight off the workshop floor. New photos go up here as pieces come together.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order for a ready-made sculpture within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. Email mrnickpearson@gmail.com within that window. Send it back in its original condition, well packed. Return postage is on you unless the piece arrived damaged or wasn't as described. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days of the piece arriving back.
The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to work made to your specification (Regulation 28(1)(b)). Deposit terms are confirmed in writing before anything gets cut.
Every sculpture is stress-tested before it leaves the workshop. Yes, that includes throwing it on the floor. If something arrives damaged in transit, photograph it straight away and get in touch, it will be sorted. Damage that happens after delivery isn't covered, but repair and restoration is always available, just ask.
Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Everything sold must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
